Jack Nicholson sucked as the Joker. At best Jack Nicholson is a character actor and his portrayal of the Joker was simply a maniacal version of his ordinary Jack Nicholison. It was not the real Joker by any means. It made for a good movie in its time, but this new one kicks its ass to the high heavens.
