Well, sadly, after looking up what the glasses look like on google image search, I'm concluding that the "free Hanna Montana 3d glasses" are polarized lenses (in black plastic "Harry Caray" style frames), not the familiar red & blue that would let you view the Jabba images.

I once though it would be easier to just make my own, but it seems like obtaining the right colors of cellophane and cardboard (or cheap sunglasses and plastic) is just as much bother to obtain as the glasses themselves.
I know what you're talking about, those are the 3D glasses for the Disney 3D digital theater release. The one advertised at Wal-Mart is the Disney Channel version of the concert, which was re-rendered for red/blue glasses, so that's what they're giving away. They still had a few hundred if anyone lives in south central Indiana... I tried out the Jabba scene and you really had to squint, but sure enough Jabba and Han kind of poked out of the frame a bit. It's not much, but when it's just one guy doing it for the heck of it, it's pretty awesome.
I really need to suggest that someone 3D the scenes from Jaws 3-D as a fan edit...
