All right. Thanks for clearing that up. But as a suggestion, couldn't you do your compositing in seperate waves? Like, for example, do all the color correcting, export it as a video, do some basic fixes, export that, do more fixes ect. So you don't have that many layers all at once. I'm sorry, I don't know much about After Effects but I've worked with video in FCP and a little in Motion.

i was actually talking about all the layers i've had to do just for the colour correction. I have to do each stage needed at the same time. i can't do most things sperately. i would have no hard drive space left after just part of the colour correction if i did it that way. The PT i would probably be able to do in 1080p because there isn't as much work to be done on those, its mainly going to be editing
