Don't use Winrar to unpack any ISO's. This can cause problems with the structure for some reason. Just use Daemontools (just google it, its free) to mount the image then you can drag all the folder in the Iso to your hard drive
Okay, I've re-downloaded STAR_WARS_REVISITED_NTSC_DVD_9.ISO (7.78 gb) and VIDEO_TS_files_fixed.rar (128 kb), and installed Daemon tools (I'm not too familiar with the program but it was pretty easy to "mount the ISO image" and play it like a DVD through PowerDVD, and there were no hiccups or glitches of any kind).
Would you please take me step by step through the process of burning it properly?
Before I create another hiccuping DVD that won't play on anything besides my PC... ;P
Use ImgBurn
Ady has given a fairly comprehensive explanation of its usage earlier in the thread...
Where could I get the VIDEO_TS_files_fixed.rar I don't seem to have it because I just reliazed my dvd just skipped the whole scene where the falcon is getting pulled into the death star.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but his explanation was for the plain files version, not the ISO which supposedly you could "just use Nero" on (or "just use Imageburn").
If I burn the ISO with imageburn or nero, it's just going to kick out another DVD9 that stutters at the layer change and only plays on my PC, I fear.
What do I do with the Fixed files? adywan just said I shouldn't use Winrar on the ISO image. So how do I use these files? Should I even bother?
I'm still waiting for help on my specific situation...
Yeah I downloaded the ISO from a.b.starwars but I don't think I downloaded the fix and my usenet account has already expired so I have no way to access it. I would be very grateful if somebody upped it to Rapidshare or MegaUpload. SO just
1.Mount the ISO
2.Drag all the files off of the mounted ISO
3.apply the fix
4.the Burn the VIDEO_TS Folder in nero.
