I would strongly disagree with that. Perhaps better spoken than him, but thats no accomplishment when you have the diction of a ten year old.
I was thinking more in terms of running a good campaign. You can easily argue that his advisors weren't as smart when it came to other, real issues (such as some involving "the war" . . . as well as others), but in general they've struck me as being very intelligent in their maneuvering (even when I've strongly disagreed).
