Hey all...
So I was watching The Lost World on tv last night and I noticed something.
I had known that the TV version had the deleted scenes from the DVD mixed in... and I had noticed that the scenes had been cleaned up... and their sound fields perfected as those on the DVD were work prints and not final SFX...
But I also noticed changes latter in the film. Due to the placement of commercials, at the end of the Trailer sequence the final part of the music is mixed in earlier so it can go to credits... and so that the shot when it returns from the credits (which normally would have music) lacks it.
Also, certain lines are mixed in better and certain SFX are more present... it's amazing what I had NEVER heard in the film before...

I had mentioned before asking if anyone has recorded Jurassic Park from the TV because it was obviously a new transfer. I know that TNT speeds up the film by about 2-4 %, but keeps the original pitch... so the music will warble in and out of tune at times... and scenes will FEEL faster. I dunno if they mixed things differently in that version or not, but it would be AMAZING if someone managed to capture either of these digitally.
