In English the quotes are usually "both on top"...

French seems to prefer «this kind of quotes», and the bottom/top quote I've seen in German also.

"Right now the coffees are doing their final work." (Airi, Masked Rider Den-o episode 1)

Yeah, BigFood, I'll zip up the front image for you and send it through. You can change the "Pure Extended Content" to the font you're using on the back I guess.

As for the quotation marks, yes they should be on top on both sides and look like small 66 and 99's. Apart from that I think the cover's done. We don't need anything else on it I don't think. Expect an email from me with the attachment. Don't worry about the dimensions - I'm more active in the custom cover community than I am here on OT. ;)

To contact me outside the forum, for trades and such my email address is my OT.com username @gmail.com

Alrighty, I'll change that then.

Haha, me too. Your username does sound familiar, but I can't seem to place it. Which sites are you active on in the custom cover community? (Just use the abbreviations).

Oh and my e-mail is my username here @gmail.com.

I love it! The synopsis on the back is great, as are the images. If I had to be critical, I'd say the "PURE EXTENDED CONTENT" on the front is a little hard to read because it's white text on a white lens flare. Besides that, I'm drooling!

Thanks :)

I've printed the cover, and it looks awesome. The front text isn't hard to read at all, and I think it stands out more this way. I've tried red with a white stroke, but that didn't look OK. But if you want me to change it, just say the word ;).

Hey mcfly89, shall I send you the full resolution cover so you can release this fan-edit?
I really can't wait for this one... :D

BigFood: See PM!

As soon as I get the cover, I'll burn the disc and send it out. Who wants it? I've watched it and can't find any errors, though we should probably have a die hard fan or two to give it a look-see before we seed it to everyone.

Thanks klokwerk and BigFood for the great cover work!

I thought I'd just toss a DVD in an envelope and put it in my mailbox, but it turns out both of the people who offered to check the DVDs are an ocean away! My fault for assuming everyone on the internet lives in America! ;)

That means I need to go to the post office, which I can't do until a little later this week. Or maybe I can figure out the whole torrent thing and save on postage time/money... is torrenting difficult?

I have no idea how torrents work. Here's a tutorial though: h**p://www.utorrent.com/torrent.php (obviously replace the '**' with 'tt').

I usually use usenet. Really easy and way faster than torrents. Though I'm not sure if America uses the same binaries as Europe.

Let me know if you need help with that!

Usenet newsgroup selection depends on the news servers and what they subscribe to. Torrents are pretty easy. You usually have a folder of the contents that you want to torrent. Use a program such as MakeTorrent to generate the *.torrent hash for the files, and then you upload the generated file to a tracker. Whoever on the tracker download the parts of the files and then it finishes after a while.

What is usually slow is that the seeder tends to upload to a particular user that's close to him in the p2p network, but the user doesn't necessarily reciprocate the same download speed for their upload speed. This can be solved by going into the super seeder mode, where the seeder forces the recipients to upload as much as possible, thus spreading the uploading task from one user to many.

If possible a torrent or an upload on rapidshare.com would be great. Wishfull thinking :-)

Same Make. Same Model. New Mission.

I'd rather have a torrent then, because I don't have a Rapidshare account. :)

Torrent it is, then. My computer is offline and totally screwed, so I'll need a few days to reformat and hope that fixes the problem...

...you're kidding. I JUST got my computer fixed today, been re-installing everything so I can torrent my edit. You may have made my project obsolete at a very inopportune time! ;)

What is the runtime? Which extended scenes does it have? Love to see it!

It's a widescreen version (with black bars on the top and bottom) that has ALL of the deleted scenes that were included in the TV edit. I would upload pictures, but there is no attachment line in the post page.
