I don't have any special set-up myself, but a DVD cover is smaller in both dimensions than a piece of A4 paper. My box art would probably be too wide, but there are always ways. The trick is to get it to print at the right size, and I have no idea how to do this — I haven't printed out any of my covers yet — so I just worked to the same resolution scale as Sky_'s Revisited cover for all of mine.
I think ThrowgnCpr was talking about printing and folding the box set box, not the plain DVD cover. As long as you scaled the cover to Sky_'s, you should be alright.
yes, I was certainly talking about the box art. I've printed hundreds of dvd cover arts in the past, but never attempted a box. The trick would be getting the right medium, and large enough paperboard to print it on (which would be limited by your printer) It seems awfully tricky to do at home, so I've never given it a go, but would love to hear if someone has devised a method for printing it. :)
