OK - I got a response.

The print I have access to has "ANH" in the crawl.

If you folks are serious, I suggest a coordinated plan to bid on the one on eBay, which doesn't have ANH in the crawl. I'm willing to transfer it with my Workprinter, but I won't bid on it.
