If I was feeling particularly depressed, I would show an alternating red and blue screen... that changes every frame... with a sound playing at 11 Hz in the background.

If I just wanted to piss people off, I'd run "2 Girls, 1 Cup" on an endless loop in Time Square's Jumbotron.
