I could really use some help here. I've spent the last two days (almost the entire day and night) trying to create a dvd of Star Wars Revisted to no avail. I've downloaded the 7 GB DVD-9 NTSC file, the 4.5 DVD-5 file, and tried a myriad of programs to burn these to a DVD-R or DVD+RDL with error messages every time I try to play it. Yet, I know the content of these downloads is fine because they play flawlessly with my VLC media player. The problem is, I can't play it anywhere but my computer. I've browsed hundreds of pages on here, and to be honest, I don't know enough about computers to do any of the "fixes" or "workaround" that people suggest. Would anyone be either kind enough to write a very simple "how to guide", since spliting files, etc. is way too complicated for me, or could anyone make me a disc that would be playable in my home dvd player. I've continued to share or "seed", the files that I have for others to download, and I would really be greatful if someone could help me out with this. I know we are not suppose to pay for anyt ype of help here via the forum rules, but I'm just a simple guy who loves Star Wars and would love to be able to watch Star Wars Revisted on my home theater system.
Thanks,
Dan
