Boba Fett might not have much a part in ROTJ but he is still a threat to Han and chewie still....judging from Han's reaction to Chewie telling him that Boba Fett was near, Han, even though he still can't see very well, tries to see where BF is and takes action against that threat....I'd vote with a please leave him in ROTJ....
