The only thing I'd like to see added from the prequels is Palpatine's music to the hologram. Of course, that technically is musical cues from Return of the Jedi, so it is not really prequel music anyway...
If the image of Palpatine is being modified with the ROTJ Palpatine, the audio (including the music) should be modified as well.
