As for the first point, it is not bending, it's just squishing down during lowering. It lowers noticeably faster on each Han's step. Just watch the scene and the ramp. Cannot miss it.

i've just checked out that shot on a loop and frame by frame and although it does look like what you say, what is actually happening is the hydraulics are jerking as the ramp is lowering. If you look as it is lowering and Han has stopped at the end of the ramp before getting off the jerking motion is still happening plus the jerk is not in sync with Hans footsteps.
