Let's put it this way: "Star Wars Revisited" is the treasure, the torrent file is the map, and the torrent program is the shovel. All you have is the map. You need to download a program like Azureus or utorrent or something, tell it to open that torrent file you got (they are very tiny) and it'll download the "treasure." ;)
And for those saying 'I don't understand how your computer can't download torrents'...well, that happened to me once, and I was an experienced torrent user. One day, the program just plain stopped working. I tried reinstalling it and nothing. Tried 2 or 3 other torrent programs and nothing. I gave up. Then around a year later, I tried Azureus again on a whim and it worked swimmingly. I was an eMuleaholic for that year off, I can tell you! :p
