Are you on Windows or a Mac? I print all my covers with Windows Paint, believe it or not.

Load up the cover.

File>Page Setup. Set all your print margins to 0, the program will re-adjust them to your printer's minimum defaults. Legal paper size, Landscape layout. [OK]

File>Print.
