I have the widescreen VHS of the OTV. It's gathering dust in the basement, so it may have degraded somewhat with improper storing, but at the same time I doubt it's a good source to work from anyway.

And there's a set on Demonoid that's the new 2006 "GOUT" set converted to anamorphic, but "Emprie" has yet to be uploaded, and I don't think the subs are hard-encoded. It'll be the best-looking release of the original theatrical versions of SW, ESB and ROTJ you can find until the X0 project is finished (which will be quite a while from the look of it).
