I don't understand the anger. I mean, as much as most of us around here love it, its just a fan edit. You're not running around the internet and press, saying how awesome it is and how every copy of ANH should be replaced with your own. If they don't like it, they can just ignore it. Three months ago I didn't even know things like this could exist, they can do the same.

The DVD-5's are fantastic, the only real upgrade for the DVD-9 are bonus features. And its not like they're paying for it anyway, so no one has any right to complain.

You work hard giving your hard work away for free, and people still complain like you're George Lucas forcing them to ignore the original versions and only recognizing the 2004 DVDs.

I can't wait to show my friend the edit tonight. He's already asked for his own copy and one for another friend. I even gave a copy to one of my bosses the other day.
