I watched Insurrection the other day and when Geordi is watching the sunset he says that Dr Crusher didn't know if the effect would last, so he may have needed to go back to implants, I would have preferred it if his eyes had stayed healed, but that is the least of the problems with Nemesis.

We already met Data's brother before in the TV series and it was done much better back then. I think it was pretty lame they found another one of Data's brothers without so much as a mention of Lore. I agree that B-4 was a huge problem but he is surprisingly important to the plot, I'd love to see him go but I'm not sure if it would be possible, he is the reason they end up in Romulan space and the reason Data was able to rescue Picard, but I really wish Data actually died at the end the whole Memory transfer thing was such crap.

One thing that would instantly improve this film (for me anyway) is to reinstate some of the extended ending scenes
