reave has a PiF thread in this forum and he was giving away some copies of OCP's classic editions (don't know if they're DL, though). I've only seen OCP's ESB so far, and I really liked it. I like the idea of using the best-quality material where you can, and using the GOUT or LDs to fill in the rest.
