Demonoid's tracker is up and down. Mostly down in my experience, but if you can find the .torrent file it'll operate in DHT (trackerless mode) when it's down.

I see BTJunkie lists both TESB and ROTJ. They claim there's a seed, but I suspect that's since it's last scrape.

Now you just need someone willing to grab it and seed...
