the whole stupid plot with Charlotte and Daniel was just ridiculouse. Here there is this group of people that don't completely trust them, but are leaning toward thinking they alright, so what do you do? Sneak off into the woods when their backs are turned and act overly suspicious. Then when one of then discovers you, you lie to them, knock them out when they turn their back on you in, and leave them bleeding in the jungle. Then in the end it all turns out it was one big misunderstanding and that the plan all along was to disable an island wide chemical weapon in order to prevent the possiblity of the others wiping everybody out with it. What was up with Daniel's "I don't think I can go through with this"? The whole thing was a really dumb fake out. Would have made more sense if they simply said that there is a chemical weapon they need to disable because that creepy Ben guy was psychotic enough that he might actually use it.

Agreed. And then Juliet acts as if it all made perfect sense. I can only hope that they were hiding something truly sinister, but I doubt it. This wouldn't be the first time this show has gone out of the realm of believability in order to try and trick the audience. The very beginning of this episode had a brilliantly performed trick by comparison, making us think that Juliet was the last of the oceanic six. All in all this was a good episode, but lame at points.
