Well i'm pretty sure that it is the fact that the "put the system header on each pack" option is not available or even present in the NTSC template in procoder, but it is in the PAL template i created. So i have created a new template based on my PAL one. Because the PAL one plays ok in your HD-DVD player but not the NTSC one it looks like this is the problem. I know when i was doing test encodes my PS3 had problems playing the PAL tests if this option was un-ticked. I would have thought that the official NTSC template would have had this enabled by default especially with it not being present in any of the settings that could be modified in that template.
Ady....you are the man....Dark_jedi me had feeling bad for even bringing it up since he likes to police this thread and sometimes chastise those trying to help others know what works and what does not. I salute YOU for actually looking into it even though we did not ask you to. It is nice to know that you care more than most. I really do appreciate this extra effort as it does make since that you did find a difference between the PAL and NTSC settings. Obviously I will be downloading again and testing it on the 7 machines I tested on before a post the results.
On another note.....I have made over 20 copies of this DVD and everyday someone comes by my cube and comments on how fantastic this edit/DVD production is.....and these people are not crazy Star Wars fans like ourselves

Did you ever think you would have Fans in a Small City in Texas?
