Well, I tried again on Premiere Elements a little while back, and I thought it would work, but when I burned the DVD, the picture quality was still not good. It wasn't as choppy as before, but it was definitely not the best.

I used DVD Decrypter to get the video, on demux (I use SmartRipper for audio). I then took that file, opened it in VirtualDubMod, and saved it as an AVI to get it to open in Premiere Elements. From there I just edited the thing, and then used Premiere Elements' DVD function to burn it. Could the problem be my method in getting the video to Premiere Elemnents, making too large a file, and requiring it to compress it more than it should have to? It doesn't make a whole lot of sense, because it's 45-50 minutes total. It shouldn't be a huge deal. If anyone has any thoughts, I'd appreciate it, because if I can't get a 50 minute project to work, there's no way I'll be able to tackle a full-length film.
