I'm glad you did sign up, as lately I've been d/l what I can from Virgin then getting the rest of the incompletes/etc via Astraweb - using some resources I'd rather keep for groups which are not on VM's server list.

This explains a lot - I just thought they were having some kind of issues (which wouldn't have surprised me either).
