I too am on Virgin's free news server and have had no problems d/l'ing any of the parts that are complete. However, I was recently notified that Virgin had changed their servers from the old news.cable.ntlworld.com one to news.virginmedia.com. If you aren't already on it, might I suggest a change and re-scan. You might be able to get most of your missing parts then.
