Is there any chance you could post a different version with the jpeg compression setting set to maximum & possibly with higher res too, unless that is the res that you worked on. I'm pretty sure it's just compression artifacts... I'll double check when I get home tonight
I think the original was 27.3 cm x 18.3 cm at 300 dpi
