For anyone still reading this thread:
I've been waiting a good long time on someone who has promised me a DVD cap of the Canadian broadcast.
Who knows how that'll turn out?

In the mean time for anyone interested, Mininova now lists 2 different torrents of the movie-pilot (one is about full resolution).
Search 'Dresden pilot'. (Yes I know technically it isn't the pilot, but what else should they call it?)
