It's an interesting thought, but with everything this scene has been through do we really want to put it through yet another historical revision? Give the poor scene a break!

Seriously though, I think it would be a bit distracting. A lot of fans are already distracted by the simple fact that they're waiting to see what version of the scene it is, and praying Greedo doesn't shoot first this time. To add to that by having Han shoot multiple times probably wouldn't help.

And then we'd have to deal with all the SW geeks wearing shirts that say, "Han shot first.... ONCE!"
