thanks for posting the link goldstone I am fixing a couple spots on volume 2 now. it should be finished and up this week. I have also contacted the snitch.co.uk to let them know about the project and see if we can drum up any interest and hopefully get some media from folks

volume 1 of year 5 is now up on demonoid. vol 2 should be finished today sometime, and made available later in the week.

EDIT: I cannot control my ports and who can connect on this computer. If anyone has grabbed this from RS and can help seed, please PM me. Also send me a PM if you have a fast connection, and can seed because I am willing to mail out a couple of copies to people

ah the dreaded triple post. I hope there is interest in this project still. Anyway I have just finished and uploaded Year 5 Volume 2 to rapidshare. visit fanedit.org for more info. I will probably torrent this at the end of next week. Year 5 Volume 1 is still going strong on demonoid, hopefully it remains so after I start seeding volume 2.

I am still looking for material, especially from the previous films, so contact me if you think you have something

Where is everyone?!

Anyways, Thank you sooooo much for these DVDs, they are very professionally made. Thank goodness there are HP fans like you!!!
Love the menus and the clips that appear before each doc, it is those fine touches that make a project magnifique.

I truly hope you make other HP DVDs for the other movies.

Thanks GoldStone9. I am indeed continuing this project. It may be slow, as the material i need to gather is a slow process. I have had a couple people send me stuff, but not much interest over here. I am not going to stop though. There may be another volume of Year Five and a volume of Year 1 and/or 3 sometime this fall. I do not want to rush them though. When I get enough quality material, I will put out another volume. That said, I really need people to send me quality clips that they have collected, or recorded. It would truly help speed up the process.

I have contacted thesnitch.co.uk about the project, but got no response. I will try some of the other sites and see if that will help drum up some interest

well, I am unable to download torrents for a while because of my isp. that means, a torrent of volume 2 (and any near future releases) will be pushed back. ,that is unless someone wants to start a torrent themselves. This also means that I am unable to grab any clips that pop up on torrent sites, so I could really use people's help with that. I will still keep my eyes peeled, and let you guys know if I see anything interesting

Year 5 Volume 2 is being torrented at demonoid now. Some random person uploaded it. Unfortunately, they did not include the DVD_ROM folder, and they are claiming it to be an ADigitalMan release!

I have uploaded the DVD_ROM folder to rapidshare. If you grab this torrent, please include this DVD_ROM folder in your disc. Its only a 2MB addition. It includes the case and disc artwork, and an nfo file with details about the release.

Does anyone have a good recording of the G4 special on TOofP that aired this year? I am getting an avi copy soon, but would like a better capture if available. There should be another volume released as soon as I get this.

Wow, seems I may have this topic all to myself. I just about have a volume 3 of year 5 ready. Should be completed this weekend and available in the beginning of the week. Here is what it is looking like so far:

Main Features:
-G4TV Exclusive inside look at the Order of the Phoenix
-Harry Potter - The Costume Drama
-MTV’s Order of the Phoenix: Making The Movie

Bonus Featurettes:
-Ebert & Roeper Review
-HP World highlights
-Extras feat. Daniel Radcliffe


There is a bit more room on the disc, so there may be some other things.


I really need help with some decent quality material for the first 4 books/films. The stuff I am able to scrape up is mostly pretty crappy quality. So I would like to add a little bump out there for anyone who might have some stuff or know of some good things to look for.
