Oh, so it's ok to violate the law if you don't like it?
that is not what I meant.
You're the one that used the term sig heil. It's not very fun when your comments are taken out of context, is it?

And a lot of America (about half of it) thought slavery was ok. And a lot of America wanted to be ruled by the King of England back in 1775. Just because "a lot of America" disagrees with something, doesn't make them right. And the mayor and DA pretty much gave in to avoid any further public outrage. "No justice, no peace"? What the hell is that? A white man gets beaten and nobody cares. A black man gets beaten and people riot in the streets destroying their neighborhood. Who's in the right on that one smartass?

funny it looks as if that is exactly what he did, and they continued to beat him. It is clear the cops went too far. Originally posted by: lordjedi

What a big powerful argument that was. Not!

I don't really give a fuck you little prick. He got $3.8 million dollars and then proceeded to break the law some more at a later date. He even tried to sue again at that later date except the cops were a little smarter and didn't beat him up.

Neither you nor I know what those kids really might have had for one yeah right, I'm sure that had uzies and Glocks on them. Also, its called frisk, not strangle.
No, it's called get control of the situation first. If someone is fighting you, you get control of them first, then you frisk them. How do you know if they had a knife or not? They don't need to have a gun to be a threat.

For another, as Ferris said, he wasn't strangling them. I grabbed them around the neck and back in order to get them on the ground. what Ferris says and what my eyes see are too different things. My eyes saw the cop strangle two kids.
GET YOUR FUCKING EYES CHECKED THEN ASSHOLE!!!! My eyes saw a cop grab two kids by their back and neck in order to get control of the situation.

Criminal records do mean a lot. Hence why we now have a 3 strikes law in California. Criminal records go to your history and show what you're likely to do.

It is an excuse when you feel like your life could be in danger. Have you ever talked to a cop that's been faced with someone coming at them that is clearly high on PCP? It takes billy clubs and several tasers to take the person down, so it's a very scary situation.

And we have appeals courts for that. The POINT is that there is a SYSTEM in place for "righting a wrong" and that doesn't involve running from the cops or trying to fight them.
