also, just to get it out of my system, if/when you get round to doing ROTJ, would there be any way of putting Mas Amedda (that blue guy from the prequels) just skulking around with the emperors advisers. it would make a nice link with the old/new. theres a robot chicken sketch with him, an advisor and palpatine in the chancellors office and it looks so right seeing them all together!
I love that sketch, it's really funny! The only thing that bugged me was that they were hanging out in the chancellor's office. Like Palpatine wouldn't have taken the 20 years to build a really impressive throne room instead, one that would make the one on the second death star look tiny. But since its a spoof, I guess it doesn't matter.
I like the idea of adding Mas Amedda too, if done right. But no advisors in the hologram, its a private chat and would look wierd.
I also don't think the Jedi ghosts should be added. I understand tieing it to the PT but I think you also has to consider those that chose to watch it in production order. And then they would be very confused. Anyway, this is a bit off-topic since this is the ESB thread so maybe we should postpone that part of the discussion?
You mention Vader being prepped by an advisor before his chat with the Emperor. That was Sate Pestage and it was a deleted scene from the movie. I would really like to se that but even if they filmed it, adywan would probably not have access to it. Its sealed away at Skywalker ranch or something like that.
