Kids skateboard in an area that has banned skateboarding. Cop asks them to stop. Kids don't stop. Cop repeatedly asks them to stop. Kids don't stop. Cop tackles kids and arrests them for violating a local ordinance, resisting arrest, and other charges. Internet forums go ballistic as cop is accused of police brutality.
