And? None of those articles said anything differently than I did. In fact, two of them have Smith saying "98% of all religions are the same". What does that tell you? It tells me that he doesn't think any one religion gets everything right.
Not a single article you linked to has him saying "Yep, I'm a Scientologist". Oh no, he's close friends with a Scientologist! Shock! Horror! Well, I'm close friends with a lot of Atheists! Does that make me one too? The answer is a loud NO!
Get a grip ADM. The fact is that no one really knows. It sounds more to me like you really want him to be one more than anything else.
