Even if that show didn't seem incredibly lame, after being tortured though an advertisment for it EVERY SINGLE commercial break, I wouldn't have dreamed of considering leaving my TV on for a second longer after the promo for next weeks ep was over. Anyway, you can simply see the Oceanic ad on youtube. You have got to love youtube.

Next weeks episode will tie in pretty closely (sort of) with the find815.com alternative reality game. I am looking forward to being able to discuss it then, but for now I will hold my tongue so as not to spoil the next ep.

On top of find815.com, another promotional thing ABC has been pushing are the Lost: Missing Pieces Mobisodes, which could be downloaded onto your cell phone or watched at abc.com. I was never really that interested in them but I watched them a few days ago. Anybody else see any of them? They are mostly just pointless added bits fitting into random spots within the Lost timeline (for example, one is a conversation Juliet has with Micheal during the time he got captured while he was searching for Walt. Another one is where Juliet has a conversation with Ben concerning Walt and his "disturbing" abilities).

Like I said, most of them were pointless and did not add anything to the story line. The one that stood out to me as amusing was the one where old Doc Artz (the amazing exploding dynamite man) explains what he was doing in Australia.

The one that stood out to me as really odd, a little lame, and probably having something to do with the events Hurley witnessed/imagined regarding Jacob's cabin, was the 13th mobisode where Jack's dad meets Vincint the dog wondering through the jungle and asks him to go wake his son up because he has a lot of work to do. The mobisode ends with the opening of the pilot. Taking the mobisode and rocking chair thing into account, it seems they are going to dive a bit deeper this season into the whole mystery of the missing body of the late Dr. Christen Sheperd. Tiptup, let's see 'em rationalize this one.
