WOW! That was cool. Thanks to forum member Killbot for sending me a copy.

Highlights for me (I'm sure I'm forgetting something):
- The Mos Eisley de-slapstick-ification. Sequences like this show that there *was* potential for the SE to be an enjoyable alternate viewing experience without all the cringing and/or eyeball rolling.
- The cantina creature enhancements. Subtle yet so effective.
- The intensified Ben/Vader duel. Whether or not the music had been added, this is still much more "active" and exciting than the original.
- The Death Star schematics in the rebel briefing. In reading that this was to be redone, I imagined it might stick out like a sore thumb. Not the case at all.
- The Death Star battle, including the destruction as the station was in the process of firing. This definitely increased the "whew!" factor.

Sure, maybe some changes didn't work so well in my opinion. And maybe there were tiny parts excised that I missed seeing. But it was certainly interesting seeing things play out a bit differently. If I want that which is familiar and "comfortable", I'll watch the GOUT. There was plenty to see and enjoy here.

This is Adywan's edit, he did what he wanted to do, and it was fun to watch!

Well done, Adywan! Thanks a million for the time you invested in this project.

Post Script: My daugther noticed the end credits were different as well, what with all the OT.com folks listed. When I pointed out my "name", which she had never heard of, she said, "That's cool. You're sort of in the credits for Star Wars." Heh.
