I would say Vader and that really bad dude (played by: Kurtwood Smith aka that 70s Show) that "Robocop" had to fight in the first film, I think his name was "Bog-er-ner"{sp?} I remember when he said "You Burned the F!@King Money!!" near the start of movie.

that was one "Bad Dude"! and I mean bad as in "Evil".
