Another thing I love about the Terminator is he only said what was nessessary to complete his mission. He didn't say things like "Now you die" or "your son will never be born" he just talked when it was absolutly nessessary. One of the best momments is when he looks at the trucker half metal and says "Get out" and the guy leaves without a second thought. Genious preformance from Arnold. Terminator 2 really bummed me out with a good Terminator. He was so so much better as the ultimate villian then a emotional cyborg who wants to know "why do you cry" or "I need a vacation" such bad lines. I don't blame Arnold for this I blame bad scripting.

Ugliest villian ever - The Predator. As Arnold said its "One ugly mother fucker"

Sexiest villian ever - The T-X. Who can forget its arrival through the time displacment equitment.

Second best villian - Darth Vader. Black mask and James Earl Jones voice make for one intimidating villian. His criminal mastermind a imense force powers make him a Hell of a threat. I also like how he is introduced as the most inocent soul imaginable and slowly molds him into a twisted half machine brilliant work for George Lucas.

Best animated villian - Scar. He killed his own brother and let the hyenas ravage the land for his own greed. He had so much hate.
