Sadly, Luigi does not narrate the guide like he does the instruction booklet.

I forgot about Luigi narrarating. I think it is funny his only inclusion in the game was as a small series of 2D drawings with word balloons in the instruction book. I also remember he used the term "kick some tail" somewhere within his word balloons. I remember that because one of my friends who stumbled across the instruction manual while using the can came across that line and thought that it was pretty lame. I wish Super Mario RPG worked on SNEStation, otherwise I might play it from time to time, but it just doesn't feel worth digging it out SNES and hooking it up, adding yet another system to the stack of them under my TV just for the sake of playing one game.
