One could make a similar argument that what he did with the colingo and such on the low strings, and the dissonant strings in violins and the piano/brass accmpanyment is very Williams ... and then the congo drums are similar to the music on Tatooine for ANH

Even the descending half steps are very similar.

As for the similarity to Grevious Flees... I can't quite hear the disctint similarity... but I can hear what you mean by it being simliar... you mean note wise...

I would argue they are about as different as possible... because of the inflection... both have very different inflections.
