Make no mistake. I think it's very possible that "Gang stalking" could be taking place, but you only posted one incident. It wasn't until later that you said it had been happening a lot. Do yourself a favor and document every incident.

And I'm sorry, but I still can't believe it's the "New World Order". Yeah, it might be some organized group, but to say it comes from high levels of government is true paranoia if I've ever seen it.

People have been saying there's a New World Order a foot for over 15 years (I read/heard about the same thing when I was a senior in high school). After doing a lot of research on the subject, I've found that it's nothing more than paranoid delusions by people who think their privacy rights are now somehow gone. Newsflash, if you do something outside your home, you have no privacy.
