If he's talking about the US ads, then he must have never seen a Wii ad before.

That music plays in every Wii commercial. It's not the score of the actual game, which is from what little I've heard of it, incredible, including new tunes and orchestrated remixes of stuff from as far back as Super Mario Bros III.
