Anyone play this?

I've played the single player campaign, and while it's a bit short, it still rocked.

Multiplayer part is pretty neat too.

I've been wearing it out. It is a wonderful game. Good graphics and all. I just hate they got away from the past wars, but oh well.

Do kind of REALLY miss then killin' Nazi's aspect of the originals. I am a history buff, so I love begging able to live a few hours on a WWII combat field, felt good to me, made me appreciate what our forefathers had done. I do get some of that on COD4:MW, but to a much lesser scale. Aside from that this game heartily reminds me what our kids or doing over in Iraq to save our asses. Damn liberals, why I ought to kick'em in their ungrateful......awww.....anyways. COD4 Rocks.

Been rocking this on the PS3. Fantastic game. Frantic action and fantastic visuals.

PS3? ouch... I just cannot play any FPS games on a console. I need my mouse and keyboard for that.

I WAS THE OPPOSITE UNTIL RECENTLY. I STARTED PLAYING WOLFENSTEIN ENEMY TERRITORY, AvP, HALO, QUAKE 3, POSTAL 2, AND A COUPLE OF OTHER GAMES.

After playing Counter Strike for so long - as well as all the other FPS games in single player - with a mouse and keyboard, I just don't know how to go to console. Tried playing Halo on XBOX, I sucked at it.

Yeah, I will buy a PS3 though... at one point. But I still think that I will separate FPS games and console games from each other.

Well, there are a few big games this year that aren't. Mass Effect, Zack and Wiki, Mario Galaxy, Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, Assassin's Creed, God of War 2, Ratchet and Clank Future, and Uncharted: Drake's Fortune.

And there was World of Warcraft's first Expansion: The Burning Crusade. There was also the release of the apalling MMO Lord of the Rings Online (basically an extremely poorly ripped off version of a very early World of Warcraft - very sad). Company of Heroes as well! Trackmania United Nations (or something like that). All the different sports games.

I played and finished the DS version if anyone cares.

It was a time waster plain and short: it wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. It just seemed like for the most part of the time, you would walk, crouch, shoot enemies who for some reason always speak in English with terrible foreign accents, rince, repeat. Once you've beaten it there's no reason to go back. If you're looking for a war shooter for the DS, pick up Brothers in Arms. It might be a bit shorter, but it's much for fun that COD4.
