R.I.P. 4400 and Dead Zone

I had tuned in for an episode of 4400 once, and I thought it was pretty damn good. Why all the best shows are slowly dying off while scores of police procedurals still pollute the airwaves is beyond me.

I was actually surprised to see Dead Zone was still on recently. I lost track of things somewhere in season 2 and 3 and I noticed that even in the latest episodes, they were referring to that Senator as still being the one to cause Armaggedon (sp?). You'd think they would've persued that at some point and wrapped it up.

As for 4400, I've never watched that show. Never really had any interest in it.

OUCH.

He truly was the greatest nerd and Bill Gates I ever seen.

He played a good asshole football player as well.

My wife liked 4400.

I liked Dead Zone in the beginning, but then he was using his power like every 2 minutes, and it got really old really quick.

Not so fast. He's got some small role in The Dark Knight.

don't forget about journeyman being axed by nbc, and bionic woman may be next, as well as sci fi canning flash gordon, and the utter failure of tin man and battlestar galactica being cancelled just after 4 seasons. flash was supposed to fill that time slot looks like they may have to come up with something else or its more fake wrestling.

jericho is being cancelled for a second time and this is probably the final curtain.

Journeyman's being cancelled? Well that blows. That was the only new show this season that I kept as a "series recording" on my DVR. Every episode has been getting better and better.

As for Tin Man, that was utter drivel. There's no need to "reinvent" the Wizard of Oz, at least not the way they did it. I'm glad it was only a miniseries because it was utter crap.

Oh well, with the writers strike still going on even the good shows won't be coming back for quite a while.

That was from Edward Scissorhands, right? Yeah, he's had a pretty lengthy career, even if it has been mostly unknown things. And since he'll be in The Dark Knight, I definitely wouldn't count him out.
