I was watching the DVD (U.S. version), and I certainly don't own the LP of the Muppet Movie.
I just remembered more to Rolf's song. Some of the other extended bits described on IMDB also sound quite familiar.

I suspect that they might have been inserted to TV airings. Either way I'd still like to see an extended version.
