Well, I've decided to make the jump and get a mac for the family. Looking at the 2.4ghz iMac with the 20" screen.

Any thoughts/experiences with them that might help? Any problems when first hooking it up? etc...

Also, is Parallels something I buy from Apple or is it downloadable elsewhere?
