I use ADShareit as a first attempt to convert the files. I have found it to be the best out there. If I still get audio sync issues, I usually just do a screen capture. set the flash up to about the correct dimensions, and record it. I like Camtasia Studio for this. Another thing that can get tricky is if there is user interaction in the .swf file. Its best to practice just how you want it to go, and then use a screen recorder.
This is all for flash files (swf) which mostly store the images as vectors (thats why they can be scaled up very nicely), however if you have flash video (flv) thats a whole other story. You just convert it like it was any other video.

Thanks for the advice - it is a SWF but I think I'll have to do a screen capture since some of these have audience participation, and it's not just one song per file, most of the clips are a few mins long with lots of dialogue and background music
I'll try ADShareit first and let you know how it goes from there

Also, is there a specific size I should use if I have to screen capture? I know it shouldn't be 640x480 or anything like that. I want the best possible video and since it is SWF I wondered if there was a way to make this anamorphic fullscreen since it can be infinitely scaled (if that's even a real term and/or possibility)
