Fidelipac 4-Track Conversions

I'm working on a video project and I have come across some rare Fidelipac 4-track AA audio cartridges (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fidelipac) that I need to have converted. Does anyone have have any contacts or suggestions where I can get this done?

Google for audio/visual, recording companies, maybe? Or maybe you could try a nearby college if they have a radio broadcast course of study. From the Wiki entry, it sounds like one could be lying around oneof those departments since it was used in broadcast for 20-30 years.
