There are suppose to be a few more straight to DVD releases, then they are going to divide up them all up into episodes, add extra bits to each one, and air them as season 5. I know this is a very blantant case of double dipping, but I am willing to look the other way if it gets us another decent sized run of Futurama. I think the future of Futurama is actually looking very bright. Adult oriented cartoons are arguably more popular than they were in Futurama's day, and since they will no longer be aired on the FOX network, which has a history of killing some pretty good shows, but on Comedy Central who has managed to keep South Park alive for like 80 seasons (small exageration), I feel Futurama is in pretty good hands and is destined to make a lot of people a lot of money, and as long as it is bringing in money it should be safe from a second cancellation.
