I remember that disc. I was trying to download that and Al-Music 6 (the 2-disc one) from Demonoid a long time ago when all the seeds died out. :/

I've had a look through my Weird Al Yankovic folders (WAY for short) and found I have the files below:

Straight Outta Lynwood Era (Was planning on putting together a disc called "Left Offa Lynwood"):
* 21 Weird Al Speech & Sound Ringtones (.rm format)
* White and Nerdy (1024x576 .avi - best quality version found so far)
* Trapped in the Drive-Thru (304x240 .wmv)
* Do I Creep You Out (.exe - Perhaps JibJab could supply a scalable flash?)
* Behind-the-scenes clip on making 'White and Nerdy' (Youtube .flv - 7m22s)
* HTML file of Rock & Roll Daily (Rolling Stones) interview with Al
* Al on Triple J radio station in Australia (20m53s - 96k mp3) (Nov 19 2006, 11 AM)
* 2006-09-20 - Bob Rivers (TR_5516).wma (8m41s)
* 5-27-03 - Mancow Interview on WKQX-FM.mp3 (8m03s)
* CD101 - weird_al.mp3 (64k 11m21s)
* The Rocking Comedy Show - Episode 17 - Special Weird Al Interview (Complete).mp3
* Bob & Tom Show: Live at the Laugh Hole (weird_al_yankovic_sm.mov - 1m18s)
* 2006-09-18 - Bob and tom.mp3 (29m18s - 32k)

AL-TV (Divx):
#5: 1988-04-20 - Even Worse (687 MB)
#7: 1996-05-23 - Off the Deep End (696 MB)
#9: 2003-06-17 - Poodle Hat (269 MB)
#10: 2006-12-15 - Straight Outta Lynwood (370 MB)

Bootleg/Unofficial Albums:
* Lestatkatt's Ultimate Collection of Rare Tracks (6/14/06)
* The Poodle Hat Heard Around the World [Live @ Pacific Amphitheatre, Costa Mesa, CA, USA (July 21, 2004)]

Other:
* 2003-07-09 - Weird Al Yankovic on The New Tom Green Show (.wmv 320x240)
* Extreme Makeover bit from the Al-TV #7 DVD (managed to snag that VOB at least)
* Uncle Muscles Hour Promo - Chop Suey.flv

Also, the two DVDs that I never managed to grab from Demonoid were; the above-mentioned one with 'Behind the Music' and 'Driven' and one that contained all these:
- There's No Going Home
- VH1 to 1
- The Tonight Show
- Attack Of the Show
- Ebay Live
- The Late Show

Finally, I have this snippet of text but never managed to capture the video it mentions. Don't know if it's still there, don't have time to check at the moment, though:
At Rehearsals.com, there's video clips of Taylor Hicks being interviewed and practicing songs. About 5 minutes 40 seconds in, he mentions Al's parody and slips in "Do I Creep You Out" during the titular lines.

Sorry for the lengthy reply
